Wildings 'Quercus' 2022 Cider
Oak matured, still, dry, bittersweet cider.
From the hot, dry vintage of 2022, the cider is full, with intense tannins, ripe aromas of fruit and freshness from acidity. After beginning fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the cider was transferred in to three casks to mature, a tawny port pipe, and two red wine barriques, all previously having contained cider.
Drink at room temperature with salty almonds, bacon chops or a good steak.
