Starvecrow 'Natural Cyder' 2021
Sparkling, bone dry, traditional method, fine cider.
'Starvecrow' is the brainchild of Ben Walgate and Steve Reeve. Made with a blend of apples grown in 65 year old orchards by the sea, each variety is first fermented in old whisky barrels for 8 months over the winter, before being racked to tank and bottled.
Aromas are of light cider notes alongside bright fresh apple and preserved lemons. The palate is crisp but generous, with the barrel-ageing complementing the bright acidity.
Pair it with grilled meat, mushrooms or vegetables. Goes very well with a creamy curry, like a Thai Green or Butter Chicken.

London Deliveries are made in our sturdy shop carrier bags. If you would like your order boxed, please leave us a note as you check out.
If you'd like to collect your order, simply choose 'Shop Collection' at the checkout, and a time and date that's convenient for you.
