Made with a mixture of flours, whole soaked rye berries, oats, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, brown and golden linseeds and a drizzle of black treacle, LBP’s Swedish Rye packs plenty of punch.

This is a dense, rich and nutty loaf that is full of flavour and slightly sweet notes. Beautiful sliced thinly and paired with smoked fish and rich, full-flavoured cheeses and pickles. Also lovely simply spread with good butter.
