Les Bardets 'Gaillac' Rouge
Les Bardets Rouge is a blend of local grape varieties. Deep garnet-red in colour, aromas are of ripe black fruit, particularly redcurrant and blackberry. On the palate, the wine is well-rounded, with an expressive, fruity character, soft tannins and more of those ripe black fruit flavours.
Pairs well with grilled red meat and bold full-flavoured cheese.
Bottled by the Cave de Labastide de Levis, a cooperative of around 100 local producers in Tarn, France.
