Made by Sam and Damien at Ki Kefir in East Sussex

Made (truly) small batch, with traditional methods and live cultures, which gives this kefir a much higher probiotic content than off-the-shelf supermarket products.

Sam and Damien also use milk from grass-fed cows, which is not only better nutritionally, but also lends it a better flavour.

All this, and it's organic and from regenerative pastures in East Sussex. Truly artisanal.
