Graceburn is based on a Persian 'Fetta' recipe, which is similar to Greek Feta, but much creamier and comes steeped in a blend of extra virgin olive and rapeseed oils, rather than brine. Garlic, thyme, bay and pepper are then added to the oil to produce this unique, delicious cheese.
