César Florido Fino Sherry
Pale yellow, fino-style sherry aged in solera for three years under the yeast flor. Aromas of dry almond, it's crisp, dry and gently salty - very moreish.
A vigorous and fresh wine that makes for a great accompaniment to seafood and Asian dishes. Lovely with anchovies, olives and cured meats.
Made by the family-run Bodegas César Florido, in Chipiona, near Jerez, in Andalucía, Spain.
