

Cheese & Cider Selection
Each month we put together a selection of a small-production craft cider and three complementary cheeses. We'll pop some tasting notes for all the cheeses and the cider into the box too.
The box will usually contain approx. 500-600g of cheese, which is enough for 4 to 6 people in one sitting, or around half that over a couple of days.
The selection for May is made up of:
- One bottle of Burrow Hill 'Stoke Red' cider. 750ml. 8% abv.
- 150g of Sparkenhoe Blue
- 150g of Pecorino Semi-Stagionato
- One Buchette de Manon (min. 70g)

At times we can sell out of some items at short notice, which means we may need to substitute. If this happens, the substitute will be equally great tasting, and of equal or greater value.
