A proper, traditional pork pie, made the old fashioned way. 

Made using fully free range pigs, the pork farce is perfectly seasoned - peppery and herby. It's encased in a hot water pastry made using garlic-infused duck fat, giving it a flaky texture and a mild, garlicky flavour.
