Much like our beliefs around small-scale, farmhouse-made cheese, we believe in ‘natural’ beers, ciders, perries and wines, and champion small, independent makers.
Our wines are expressive of their terroir, made by hand with minimal chemical intervention, and where the wine-making shows maximum respect for the environment. It’s all about indigenous varieties, diversity and organic viticulture. Above all, wines of character and quality.
