Cultjar Giardiniera Pickles
To Italians, 'giardiniera' is a way of saying 'pickled vegetables'. It is usually eaten as an antipasto, with cured meats or cheese, and sometimes added to salads. Any leftover oil is ideal for use in salad dressings or other vegetable dishes.
All Cultjar pickles are handmade in small batches in Somerset, using excellent quality and nutrient-rich produce cultivated at Worminster Farm. They do not use any artificial preservatives and all ferments are unpasteurised.
Once opened, keep in the fridge and eat within one month.

Our standard delivery charge for orders under £50 is £8 to any address in mainland Great Britain on an overnight service. Orders of £50 or more are delivered for free using this service.
Whilst most orders do arrive on the chosen date, we rely on a third party provider and therefore we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Your order may arrive 1-2 days after your preferred date. This is more likely at very busy times, particularly Christmas.
If you live within 8 miles of our Chelsea shop you may wish to use our local London Delivery service? The cost for this ranges from £6 to £19, depending on distance, and you can choose a delivery as soon as within the next hour or so, to a named one-hour slot and a date up to 6 months in the future.
All subscriptions are delivered free using our national overnight service.
If you'd like to collect your order, simply choose 'Shop Collection' at the checkout, and a time and date that's convenient for you.

We send our national online orders in one of our brown cardboard gift boxes. Orders using our local service are delivered in our shop carrier bags, unless there's a gift message, in which case we'll pack it in a box for you.
Everything inside the box will be cushioned and insulated with wood wool.
All the packaging we use to send our online orders can be re-used, is biodegradable or fully recyclable.
